Purpose:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to drive the growth and success of Greyparrot through strategic marketing initiatives. This involves executing on our comprehensive demand generation strategy, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives and target audience personas. By implementing multi-channel campaigns and events, the aim is to generate a robust sales pipeline. A crucial aspect of the position involves measuring and analysing performance metrics to optimise marketing campaigns for maximum return on investment. Collaboration with the rest of the marketing team and cross-functional teams, including sales, product, operations, and finance, is essential.

Location: Bermondsey (Tues & Weds) and flexible rest of the week

Hours of work: Full time - fixed contract until 30 January 2026 

Please note: Priority will be given to candidates who are able to start in January.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute on the comprehensive demand generation strategy : aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals and target personas and implementing multi-channel campaigns and events to generate sales pipeline. This strategy will be prepared beforehand by the Head of Marketing, so that this role can execute on it. Depending on the business needs, this could focus on new business, customer growth or partners and resellers. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: partnering closely with business development, product, operations and finance functions to maximise impact and efficiency, including:

    • Directing creative, marketing, and data resources in harmony to deliver brilliant customer experiences and conversion of new customers

    • Owning demand generation initiatives (eg. Industry events, digital campaigns, account-based initiatives, advertising) that specifically target Greyparrot’s key geographies.

    • Drive business development team involvement in campaigns to maximise ROI

  • Together with our Business Analyst, establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and customer behaviors for specific geographies as agreed with the Exec team.

  • Execute a defined go-to-market and growth strategies for each key market

  • Managing a team of freelancers, agencies, and  interns to develop and execute campaigns and content

  • Own the delivery of activities to support product positioning, differentiation and launches.

  • Coordinate updating of Support Hub content led by the Customer Delivery team

  • Own the delivery of new sales collateral with the input of VP of Marketing and sales

  • Measuring and analysing performance to optimise marketing programs for maximum ROI

  • Managing marketing budgets effectively, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering on lead generation and pipeline growth targets

  • Improve full funnel reporting in Hubspot, including supporting sales with their reporting

Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a B2B marketing role in a startup environment with a strong focus in growth marketing and lead generation

  • A Bachelor degree or above in related field

  • Experience with executing successful multi-channel lead generation campaigns

  • Planning and executing trade shows successfully 

  • Experience in managing freelancers and junior marketers or interns 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build new relationships

  • Proven analytical skills with confidence running and analyzing performance indicators through tools like Hubspot, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc. 

  • Ability to coordinate and drive impactful action across the team

It would be a plus, if you:

  • Have experience in the waste management sector and/or a passion for addressing the waste or environmental crisis

  • Have experience in climate tech, sustainability or environmental services

  • Additional european languages
