Key responsibilities:

We are excited to recruit for a new role at Greyparrot - Head of Customer Delivery. This role will lead our customer delivery teams, including experts in account management, data and IT. In addition to being comfortable with operating collaboratively with your teams and customers, a background in data, technology and customer support is essential. We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for someone to take us to the next level. Reporting to the COO (Gaspard Duthilleul), together you'll bring cohesion across the business to enable our customers to be successful. We have customers around the globe, with a team spread across the UK and Europe.
You’ll:

  • Enable and represent the ambitious vision of expanding our existing market share

  • Analyse and interpret data to drive performance across the business

  • Lead and coordinate teams across account management, IT and data responsible for the delivery of our product and services to customers.

  • Take a hands-on approach to leadership and provide day to day guidance and support to the team.

  • Inspire those around you by example, especially when addressing challenges that aren’t straightforward

  • When necessary, lead on key relationships to support business growth

This role requires a proven leader in an early stage/series A-B startup who has led on B2B customer services in a global setting. This role requires technical and data knowledge, ideally in the waste, sustainability sector or industrial environment.

Essential skills:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing management role in early stage/series A-B startup environment

  • Degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical (e.g engineering) or analytical subject

  • Ability to work from London office 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel across the UK and Europe

  • Collaborative ‘everything is figureoutable’ mindset: Demonstrable experience of leading with confidence, rather than fear or doubt

  • Highly organised and structured, including evidence of working with customers globally

  • Creative approach to problem solving with customers and internal stakeholders: A track record of deeply listening, and creatively and passionately providing a solution to needs.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading small teams and managing complex projects in a fast- paced environment.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
